Turkish Aegean Getaways Now Starting at 40,000 Rubles Per Person

A week-long stay at certain hotels along Turkey’s Aegean coast can now be booked for as little as 40,000 rubles per person, according to listings on the TourDom portal. The deals come as Turkish hoteliers roll out discounts of up to 20 percent to lure Russian tourists amid fierce market competition.

For example, a seven-night package at the three-star Reis Maris Hotel in Marmaris, departing from Moscow on July 26, runs about 80,000 rubles for two people. A slightly pricier option—90,000 rubles for two—includes a stay at the three-star Mert Seaside Hotel Adults Only, also in Marmaris, with a July 24 departure. Budget-conscious travelers can also find deals in Kusadasi, where a four-night tour at the four-star, beachfront Scala Nuova Beach Hotel (with breakfast included) costs 100,000 rubles for two, departing July 23.

Meanwhile, stays at popular four- and five-star properties come at a steeper price. A six-night, all-inclusive package at Club Tuana Fethiye, for instance, starts at 250,000 rubles for two. The discounts reflect a broader trend: Turkish hoteliers are slashing rates to stay competitive as the summer season heats up.
