Sochi to Welcome Mandarin Garden, a New Five-Star All-Inclusive Resort

A major new luxury resort is set to open on the Black Sea coast in Sochi, promising a blend of high-end comfort and all-inclusive convenience. The Mandarin Garden 5* is a joint venture between Family Garden, hotel operator Alean Collection, and the renowned Novikov Group, known for its restaurant empire.

Located directly on the first shoreline, the hotel will sit beside its own private beach, the Mandarin entertainment complex, the Olympic Park, and the Imeretinsky yacht port. The project is built around the idea of “quiet luxury”—an understated aesthetic focused on privacy and quality of life.

The massive complex will feature 797 hotel rooms and 349 private residences, ranging from 55 to 435 square meters. Guests and residents will have access to a fitness center, four swimming pools (including a year-round indoor option), a hydro-thermal zone with a hammam and sauna, a spa, and a cosmetology center. There’s also a nearly 1,000-square-meter children’s facility open around the clock, complete with educational studios and entertainment, plus underground parking.

On the dining front, Novikov Group and Family Garden have teamed up for a global culinary experience. The resort will include an upscale buffet restaurant featuring cuisines from ten countries, an à la carte restaurant, a lobby bar, and a poolside bar. The visual design is being handled by the finoarte design studio, with financial backing from Bank DOM.RF. Sales officially launched on May 21.
