Russian travel blogger ranks top Turkish resorts, from Bodrum to Alanya

A Russian travel blogger who has visited Turkey many times has put together a ranking of the country's best resorts, sharing her picks in her personal blog "Letaem sami" on the Dzen platform.
The author says she avoids staying cooped up in all-inclusive hotels, preferring active holidays with trips to canyons and waterfalls. On the Aegean coast, she singled out Bodrum and the village of Gumusluk, plus Oludeniz, which is near Butterfly Valley.
"Bodrum is beautiful with its white-and-blue architecture, reminiscent of Greece. During the day, pleasant music plays on the promenade, and tables and sun loungers sit right by the water — you can sunbathe and swim at once," she explained.
Gumusluk, on the outskirts of Bodrum, impressed her even more, with its fish restaurants drawing many tourists. "Oludeniz is a place where nature spared no bright colors. When you stand on the viewing platforms, it seems like someone just turned the contrast up to maximum in a photo — the water is that turquoise," she added.
On the Antalya coast, the top spots went to Kemer and Alanya.
Earlier, the same blogger described a banana boat ride in Turkey as an activity where "people get spinal fractures and severe bruises."
