Russian Blogger Stunned by Swiss Coffee Prices

Amiran Sardarov, a well-known Russian blogger and YouTube personality, recently shared his astonishment at the cost of a cup of coffee during a visit to Switzerland. In an interview, Sardarov recalled his experience in Zurich, where he was shocked to discover that a single cup of coffee could cost as much as 20 euros, approximately 1,700 rubles. He noted that the pricey cup of coffee was from a high-end restaurant in the city. Sardarov also observed that high prices are not unique to Switzerland, as Moscow is also experiencing a surge in costs. He believes that quality service and good food come at a price, regardless of the location. This is not the first time Sardarov has shared his thoughts on travel and living abroad. Previously, he advised Russians against confusing tourism with emigration, noting that living in the US permanently is far more challenging than visiting as a tourist. Sardarov's experiences and opinions offer a unique perspective on the similarities and differences between life in Russia and other countries.
