Russia's Aviation Fuel Supply Deemed Stable by Transportation Minister

According to Russia's Transportation Minister, Andrey Nikitin, the country's aviation fuel situation is currently under control, with no critical risks apparent. This assessment comes after the government imposed a ban on the export of aviation kerosene from Russia until November 30. Nikitin emphasized that the fuel and energy sector is working closely with airlines to ensure a steady supply, and that daily monitoring is in place to prevent any disruptions. The export ban, which was introduced on June 1, applies to all aviation kerosene, including that purchased through exchange trades. The head of Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency, Dmitry Yadrov, has also confirmed that there is no shortage of aviation kerosene in the country. These reassurances are intended to alleviate concerns about the stability of Russia's aviation fuel supply, and to provide confidence for both airlines and passengers. With the situation being closely managed, it appears that Russia's aviation industry can continue to operate without significant interruption.
