Free Summer Concert Series Returns to Mizner Park Amphitheater
Boca Raton is bringing back its beloved Summer in the City series, offering a free lineup of live music, outdoor movies, and community events at Mizner Park Amphitheater. Running from June through August, the program promises something for everyone, from tribute bands to soccer watch parties and a youth battle of the bands.
The season kicks off June 12 with Turnstiles, a Billy Joel tribute, followed by the FAU Summer Concert Band on June 21 and a salute to the Eagles with The Long Run on June 26. On July 11, fans can gather for a quarterfinal international soccer match on the big screen. The tribute acts continue July 17 with Yvad & The Legal Roots honoring Bob Marley, and July 24 brings a surprise blockbuster musical film about a founding father. July 31 features Peace of Woodstock Band, and the series wraps August 7 with the 6th Annual Battle of the Bands, paired with a pop-up youth market for young entrepreneurs.
All shows start at 8 p.m. unless noted, with doors opening one hour earlier. Guests should bring chairs and blankets. Free parking is available at city lots and metered spaces, plus a BocaConnect shuttle via the Circuit app and the MiCa autonomous shuttle looping through Mizner Park from 5–8 p.m.
Sponsored by American Social, Summer in the City is free and open to the public. For details, visit MiznerAmp.com.
