Fitness influencer told to cover up on flight after passenger complaint

A Brazilian fitness influencer was asked to cover up mid-flight after a fellow passenger complained about her revealing outfit. Karol Rosalyn, 26, was traveling to Fernando de Noronha, Brazil, when a flight attendant approached her and instructed her to put on a jacket. The model had boarded wearing a yellow body-hugging dress that was completely open at the back and sides.
Rosalyn, who creates fitness content for social media, said she was taken aback by the request. “I didn’t think my body would be a problem during the flight,” she admitted. She ultimately complied, pulling on a sweater to avoid upsetting other passengers. In 2024, Australian Playboy named her the woman with “the most perfect body” based on a physical analysis.
The incident comes amid growing debate about dress codes on airplanes. In a separate case last year, a flight attendant was forced to wear a mask and gloves for an entire flight because airline management deemed her lipstick and nail polish too dark. The attendant later said her manager claimed the shade was “one tone darker than allowed.”
