Cheapest Russian Tour This Summer: Moscow to Sochi for 15,100 Rubles

The most affordable tour with flights within Russia this summer was a week-long trip for two from Moscow to Sochi, costing 15,100 rubles, according to the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR). The price covered a no-frills hotel stay without meals.
A slightly pricier option was a solo trip from Mineralnye Vody to Sochi, priced at 18,100 rubles, which included flights and accommodation in a guesthouse with no meals, as reported by the tour operator Intourist.
For those seeking a guided experience, the cheapest excursion tour was 27,000 rubles for three days in St. Petersburg, including a four-star hotel stay with breakfasts.
Meanwhile, ATOR noted that most domestic bookings are made without flights. The lowest-cost reservation in that category was a bed in an eight-bed dorm at a Samara hostel for 950 rubles.
The data reflects summer 2026 bookings, with Russians increasingly choosing to vacation within the country.
