Aeroflot Opens New Crew Briefing Center at Sheremetyevo

Aeroflot has unveiled a new briefing facility in Terminal B at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport, designed to give pilots and flight attendants a better place to prepare for their trips. The space, which opened Wednesday, combines dedicated workstations with roomy relaxation areas, blending the airline’s brand identity with a focus on employee well-being.
The company says crew comfort isn’t just a nice extra—it’s essential for safety and service quality. The new center covers more than 770 square meters and can hold up to 180 crew members at once. Inside, briefing rooms for narrow-body and wide-body aircraft are equipped with modern, Russian-made all-in-one computers linked to the airline’s corporate systems.
Aeroflot designed the facility with direct input from its crews. Pilots and cabin staff shared feedback at every stage to ensure the space meets their real needs—whether that’s pre-flight planning or simply unwinding before a long haul. The result is a place where the romance of aviation meets practical, day-to-day support.
Looking ahead, the airline plans to open a similar briefing center in Terminal C for international flight crews. For now, the new Terminal B hub gives Aeroflot’s teams a modern, efficient home base before they take to the skies.
